The teacher will model how to create a poster using the sites template for background and designs. When the poster is complete, the student will share their poster with the class and tell why they picked each animal and the facts to share.
Assessment: The lesson will be assessed by successful creation of a Glogster poster. Students will create their own poster about animals that live in Africa and facts about those animals. The teacher will be able to assess if students learned by viewing their finished posters. If the students were not able to create a poster, the teacher will work with students one on one to teach them the tool. The secondary assessment will be based on the facts that the students chose to share.
You have compacted a great deal of information into this activity. Both of your videos explain TPACK thoroughly and I liked the fact that you added other readings and explained what they do pertaining to TPACK. Very original!
You did a great job putting together your blog. The media and layout work well together and the first video was great use of technology to explain TPACK.
